release __Tranquil Yoga Studio_and __All of Tranquil Yoga Studio’s online teachers__ from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, class activity, and/or consequences of injuries emotionally and/or physically within each yoga class, or services that I elected to participate in. I consent to have the above-described yoga services/ classes of my choice applied.
Understanding the risks of injuries emotional or physical, I release _____Tranquil Yoga Studio and their teachers______, its employees/ contractors, and all liability, damage, or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical or psychological) as a result of the service provided today and I agree to participate in understanding these risks and their outcomes voluntarily.
